How much does a storage unit in Brighton cost?
Pricing depends on the size and unit type. Drive-up non-climate units start around $45 per month, climate controlled units start around $129, and we run a first month free promotion for new tenants. The fastest way to see live pricing and availability is the Rent Now button at the top of any page.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. All of our leases are month to month. Stay as long as you need and give us notice when you're ready to move out.
What's the difference between climate controlled and non-climate storage?
Climate controlled units are inside a temperature regulated building, which protects items that don't do well with extreme heat, cold, or humidity: electronics, wood furniture, leather, photos, documents, instruments, and similar. Non-climate units are drive-up, outdoor access units that work great for tools, lawn and garden equipment, totes, seasonal items, and most household goods.
How do I reserve and move in?
You can rent your unit online in about five minutes. Pick a size, sign the lease electronically, pay the first month, and you'll receive your gate code and unit number by email. Most tenants are moved in the same day.
Can I store a vehicle, boat, or RV?
Yes. We have parking spaces and enclosed unit options for cars, motorcycles, boats, trailers, campers, and RVs. Sizes and availability change with the season, so it's worth booking early in the spring.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Most tenants set up autopay so they never have to think about it. There is no security deposit. You pay your first month and you're in.
Do I need insurance on my stored items?
Yes. Tenants are required to carry tenant protection on stored contents. You can use your own homeowners or renters policy if it covers offsite storage, or you can add affordable coverage during the online rental flow.
What is not allowed in storage?
No food, perishables, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, ammunition, explosives, or living things (people, pets, plants). Anything else within reason is fine.
How do I move out?
Empty the unit, leave it broom-swept, remove your lock, and let us know you're out. Notice through the contact form or a quick call wraps it up.
